Writers’ block – is there a cure?
Arrgh! C-a-n-n-o-t motivate myself. And when I do it’s just like thinking and walking through treacle. This has gone on for weeks (work I need to do for part time degree). I know what I want and need to write have read all the stuff, but it’s just soul destroying… Can anyone offer any suggestions?

You can try writing about anything – anything except the thing you are stuck on. Write for FUN. This helps me a lot…..and if that doesn’t work, take a break. Stop worrying about it and thinking about it, and relax and do something other than writing. Good luck!!!

try to relax, not think i have to write all the time.
other wise your mind will just think that over and over again.
go to some music concerts or an art gallery any where intresting that could inspire you.
good luck

i just write ‘writer’s block’ all day long, or at least until i can think of something on-topic. might be a little unusual, but it works for me. give it a try and see for yourself. not everyone’s the same, though.
