Keep writing. Read as many books as you can, expand your vocabulary, and keep writing. It’s basically like working out, just for your mind. The more you use it, the easier you will find to express your words. Push your limits, and don’t give up.

Writer’s block occurs if you write without a plan. If you carefully plan the points or ideas of the topic(s) you are writing on, then you will not be stuck while writing.

Twitch and Yang seem to have it wrapped rather well.
I wish to add that if you are to overcome writer’s block you will be of the unique breed of writers who seem to have been born to write; however, it is my opinion that everyone ‘blocks up’ at one time or another.
So, keep working at it and before you know it your writing will layout before you effortlessly although it will still be in draft form and subject to editing.
Overcome your fear of editing and you will amaze yourself. Jose

Hi. i like write to, a lot. I take some courses about it specially in “literally creation” something like that. In those have a lot of tricks to writte. My favorite ones are:
1 Ask to some one 10 words and with the firts one write the fists phrase u think then with the second a phrase linked with the first and so on until you use all the words. If you come with more ideas this is only for start.
2 Take 4 or 5 pictures. Or paintings or similar stuff. With the first one write “whats happening in the picture”, then with the other and try to link all the writtings.
    3. Read a “short story” about 1 page or so and…before u read the end (in the courses they “cut it”) write your own.
Maybe this helps you but is a lot of ways find yours.
