Where’s the best place/s to study creative writing to degree level?
I live in the UK,I aim to study creative writing to as high a level as possible,either in the UK or abroad.Can anyone give me any help?

I believe the university of central england (norwich) has a very good creative writing program with lots of visiting authors etc.
