I’m with you Beckster, James Patterson is my all-time favorite. I love his writing style, and enjoyed every book he ever wrote. I love suspense, but he adds in humor, love, sadness, etc. The Alex Cross books are the best, I love the twists he puts in, but I especially love the “family” parts with Nana, Jannie, and Damon!

Mainly historical or inspirational fiction. My favorites are Christy by Marshall, The Blue Bottle Club by Stokes, The Grapes of Wrath by Steinbeck, and A Room of my Own by Tatlock.
