For books on editing, check out:
-Self-Editing For Fiction Writers by Browne and King
-The First Five Pages by Lukeman
-Plot and Structure by Bell (this book is actually meant for writing you first draft, but I’ve found it useful for strengthening the plots of my books in the revision process)
Also, if you’re interested in getting your book published, buy the latest copy of The Writer’s Market. It’s quite spendy compared to other books, but it lists tons of reputable publishers.
