I have ***?veral editions of Contemporary American Poetry, published by Houghton Mifflin (ISBN 0-618-04299-7). A. Poulin, Jr., edited the first six editions, and the ***?venth edition is edited by Poulin and Michael Waters. This ****?k contains a wide array of contemporary poets, whose work is alphabetically arranged by author's last name. The editors include four or five pages of each poet's work, and it gives an excellent introduction to poets so that you can then look for their individual publications.
