Listen to some music, then strap yourself into a chair and give your friend the key.

when you know your dilemma, that’s half the problem solved
)
be strong mentally & sit at your table – don’t be too comfortable !
start brainstorming. just keep jotting down all & any points/ideas that occur to you relating to the essay topic – no matter how weird they may seem. once you start, you will start to enjoy & more & more ideas will come to you.
after you’re done, take a breather.
come back & review your ideas, sort through them & compile into essay.
if you can successfully brainstorm for a couple of hours, the writing part shouldn’t take too long – you should be able to complete your essays in 2 days easily, including brushing up & polishing — just devote quality time to your formulating & arranging your ideas/thoughts.

remember Einstein’s quote about inspiration & perspiration
all the very best & have fun

You will have to associate writing with positive things rather than it being a horrible chore that you have to do.
Remember your final goal will be living a great life with a great career.
Visualize your great life every day and remember that you are helping yourself to get there by writing.
It helps to have a nice place for writing. Clean off your desk and get a good lamp.
It helps to have a particular time each day to write.
Tell yourself that you will only write for 30 minutes and then you reward yourself with a treat of some kind like a food item, computer game, walk around the block, or anything enjoyable that lasts no more than 30 minutes. Then do another 30 minutes of writing and reward yourself again.
