One Response to “What are examples of conventions explored in short stories?”

  1. Silverramette Says:

Conventions in short stories are widely accepted devices or techniques (as you said, characterization, setting and p.o.v.). So, if I were you I would explore foreshadowing in your short stories. Its not one that is listed (so it looks like you are thinking outside the box) and you can pick out some wording that foreshadows events and analyze what you think the author meant to foreshadow.
