I read this book when I was about 11, I am 25 now. It was not a kids book. I don’t remember much. It was about a man that traveled back in time to before the czar and his family were killed. The one thing I have always remembered was the son was playing with a kite (or something) and had to be very careful because he was hemophiliac. I remember that because that was how I learned what a hemophiliac was.
That is really all I remember, hopefully someone knows.

The theme of time travel is a favorite of mine. A non-fiction book involving actual time travel would be fantastic, but I have yet to see a true one. =)

I really want to read some harry potter fan fiction but it seems like I have read everything on mugglenet, hpff, and fanfiction.net. So if you know any other sites then that would be great! Also if you want to recommend a story I will probably read it. I particularly like time travel stories where Harry goes back to his parent’s time.

Does anyone know of a science fiction cartoon involving time travel? There was an old man with a metal plate in his head who kept slipping back in time to when large insects with long beaks drilled into his head, hence the metal plate. Seems that he had been left alone on a planet and the insects attacked him.

I recently heard about this hypothesis by Ronald Mallet, in which lasers are used to warp the fabric of space to create a time loop. Do you think he will be successful? Why or why not?

I am looking for an old science fiction book about somebody who gos back in time to try and find Jesus. Whilst he is on his search he uses his superior knowledge of medicine etc to heal people and perform what are concevied as miracles and obtains the name of jesus of nazaroth. In the end he ends up acting out what we believe to be Jesus’s life and ends up getting crusified. For the life of me I cant remember or find out what the book is called, please help!!

What is your favorite theme in science fiction movies, books, television or any form?

Is it the future or the past, time travel, space travel, alien worlds and visitors, fantasy worlds of the Dungeons and Dragons type, big brother totalitarian societies, paranormal or psychic phenomena or whatever? What type of theme do you enjoy most, why, and what is your favorite particular work or series of the entire genre?
