Questions

A particular publisher requests that a short story be submitted via email, attached as a Word document, with a short bio in the body of the email. Formatting is not specified.

Knowing this, I am wondering how to properly format the short story document. In particular: 1) what is the recommended font type and size, 2) should page numbers be included, 3) single or double spaced, and 4) include a cover page (and with what, name and title) or just start the story on the first page since they already have my bio.

It’s intended for women, ages 25+ Any style would be fine (sci-fi, romance, whatever) as long as contact lenses are somehow involved.

I like to write stories and my teacher said that they have contests like you win money or you get a trip to go somewhere preferably japan (tht’s where i wanna go)

In creative writing we just recieved an assignment. It is due tomorrow and I need some good ideas. It has to be a short fiction story, with of course a conflict and a few characters. IDEAS?THANKS!
If you give an idea please include how the story ends-the outcome/conclusion..and remember it should only be a few pages
