I am in a class called “Sports Reading and Writing” and we have to write a sports fiction story. I can’t think of any thing, so I was wondering if anyone has any advice?

classics are ok only if they are really really good.

I have to read a historical fiction book for my Language Arts class. The book has to be more than 100 pages long. I also have to enjoy it, so maybe something funny or about sports.

An example would be Fact or Fiction: : Is cheer leading a sport? If so why? If not why?

First off, I’m 19 and I’m a guy. Most books I read pertain to sports, historical fiction, or just some classic literature. Some of my favorites include: “Walk In the Woods” by Bill Bryson, “Bleachers” by John Grisham, and Tony Dungy’s book. I just want some thoughts from you guys on what you think would be a good book for me to read. It can be one of your favorites or not, I don’t care.
