Do you know of any legit websites that welcome/publish/launch short fiction from new writers?
I am talking about serious fiction writing (no particular subgenre) that feature mostly writing majors/new fiction authors and not sleazy, amateurish fiction websites.
I’ve tried zoetrope.com, however in order to enter their contest you have to pay them.
