World War I Aviation Fiction ITV series 1976 How about bringing back the mini series ‘WINGS’ from the 1970’s?

World War I Aviation Fiction London I TV series 1976

How about bringing back the mini series ‘WINGS’ from the 1970’s?

This was the story about a WW1 Pilot who joined the RFC/RAF as a Flying Sergeant and his exploits through the war. He was a farmer’s son if I recall and it was about him entering what was a very privileged background group of men and the trails of flying and surviving, in the early years of the war.

I am surprised this has never been shown again on TV. It has to rank as one of the best period drama’s ever made. I have never seen it on TV nor is it available via other sources.

Does anyone else recall this great series?

Please please can we see it again?!!

help with writers block/emotional support?

I have to write an essay for my university english class and I have barely gotten anything done even though I’ve been working on it for over a week. It’s about a play called ‘Sergeant Musgrave’s Dance’ and I just can’t think of anything to say about the thing! What can I do to get focussed and come up with some ideas?
