When writing a novel, if you need to mention other works, are there specific procedures you must follow?
I’m writing a novel and in the very beginning, in the prologue, I’m writing about the famous musical The King & I from Rodgers and Hammerstein and I wasn’t sure if there was some special procedure that I had to follow or if I was going to end up in trouble for talking about another novel within my original.
