Is the television show ‘Heroes’ classed as science fiction?

Apart from it’s fantasy elements, it is wholly based in the real world. There is no space travel to other planets, no aliens, no galaxies far far away. Can it be classed as science fiction?

Is there a harry potter fan fiction where for some reason harry has to live with the malfoy family?

I don’t mind when its set as long as its not too far fetched from the real harry potter world. IE its still the original malfoy family, harry isn’t like luicius son or anything.

What would have to happen naturally in the body for it to look like you cheated in sports/took pills?

I noticed how the tour de france winner supposedly has too much testosterone, when tested. I know lots of sports test competitors for steroids, hormones, etc. Well, what sorts of things could happen in the body (as many as examples as you know) for an athlete to appear to have taken some sort of enhancement, but he didn’t? In other words, if we have a superman type guy, who’s way physically superior to the other guys, to most humans, how could his natural body chemistry make it appear that he is cheating, if he were blood tested? (the type of answers I’m looking for, for example: the body could naturally make unusual amounts of testosterone; the body’s X levels would be off). Thanks so much. This is for a work of fiction, so you can give me examples of physical states that would be very unusual or impossible in the real world, as long as they are theoretically possible.
