I have an oral presentation due soon that requires us to research and present a form of performing art. I was thinking of doing poetry. Can someone help me out with this? Or any other *interesting* suggestions of a performing art?

I am good at writing my thoughts and emotions down, but I need help with making them flow and not sound “choppy”
