Any Irish history books that are written as fiction with an element of truth?
I’m going to Ireland soon and wanted somthing fun to read on the plane to get me excited. Dont want a travel or history book though- just something set in Ireland with a bit of history in it.

What is a good history non-fiction book on World War II?
I know about the holocaust etc but I’d like to learn more about World War II. How Japan and Russia and America got involved etc. I’ve read a lot of fiction and non-fiction about WWII, just nothing that really explains what actually happened from the beginning to the end. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!
