I have to read a historical fiction book for my book report. I’m interested in the Holocaust. I’m in 7th grade if that helps.

I want the book to be around 140-200 pages. Any suggestions?

or they don’t even have to be fiction. just any good books about history that are really catching and intriguing.
nothing too boring like a diary of anne frank or anything, even though that was interesting.

I have a keen interest in biblical fiction, having read books such as The Red Tent by Anita Damiant, Sarah and Zipporah (two different books) by Marek Halter, and I’m interested to find out if anyone has read any historical fiction books that were really great, especially those written about biblical women. I have to find a Historical fiction book for my book report. The books have to be one of the following:
The meaning of Freedom, acceptance of new ways, the age-old struggle of good versus evil.

Some more could be:
When Hitler Stole Pink Rabbit, Catherine, Called Birdy, The Cabin faced West, and Fighting Ground.

But, First I can only pick one, and I don’t know where to find these books at. My question is where can I find any of these books?

I love historical fiction books and have read all of the C.J.Sansom and Phillipa Gregory books. Id love to read one of a different era, maybe Charles or Victorian etc. I would also like to learn more about the world wars, anyone know of a good book for someone who knows very little about them, nothing to heavy!
