How can you call evolution science when it`s not science?

Medicine and medical school is science. True biology is science. Facts and figures not just random vague theories from an old fart who never had nothing to add to society but just look at birds comparing them. Evolution to me seems to be science fiction rather then fact or conclusive. They just found this old fish bones and declared it as the missing link from fish to walk. I observed this new fossil and did not see any legs as they claim, not to mention if you have any common sense you can see that it looks alot like a large frog when it developes from tadpoles to land. The tree branches are always vague and some miraculously they change from fish to mammal. But the facts are the a bird is a bird and a fish is a fish and a mammal is a mammal. Dinosaur pics have been found of pleiasoarus and rex, yet the cult of evolution community always reutes this and never wants to discuss it. Or how about the real truth that dinosaurs have not all been extinct. Snakes and reptiles are dinosaurs.

Fantasy fiction magazines–Which ones are looking for stories?

I’m finishing up a short, fantasy story with an evil elf queen, sprites with bite and a talking frog. The story runs 8-10,000 words. It’s kicky, suspenseful, snarky and fun. There is no explicit sex in this story, but some playful nudity. There is no graphic violence but plenty of page turning action. Where should I submit this story?

Creativity is a subtle and magnificent dance between the rational and the intuitive, between the left and right parts of the brains, between technique and imagination. Both partners in this dance are absolutely necessary and are needed in equal proportion, which means that imagination is not more important than technique and visa versa. If you only live in the imagination, you will never get organized, you will never complete your story. However, if you start from the rational, linear, organizational part of the process, ( ie. Gotta have the perfect opening sentence and first paragraph… better yet, an outline…) you will never fall into the rich, passionate cosmic landscape of the imagination where anything is possible.

However, the main problem I have seen in my twenty-five years of teaching fiction writing is over-dependence on the rational part of the equation. People want to get the story written and get it out. (Whatever that means?) The want to leap frog the process, get the words down on the page and finish the story. This is to symptomatic of the goal oriented society that we live in, a society that is striving upwards toward success instead of embracing the deeper, more powerful and life changing journey of descent that takes us into the creative realm of the true self.

“The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.”

Albert Einstein
