Good books for teens?
Am looking for really good books. I loved the thief lord and the Harry Potter series. PLEASE do not say the twilight series. I loved the misadventures of maude march. I like any cowboy stories. I like realistic fiction and historical fiction, and books about animals. Adventure books are good, drama is good, and fantasy is just okay.
Young adult or juvenile books.
Thanks.
Can you please include a summary?
Thanks.

I am interested in doing freelance proofreading, preferably fiction books. Any pointers for getting started?
I love to read! I have a B/A in history and economics (double major) and a J.D. I have retired from the practice of law and would like to immerse myself in fiction writing by proofreading for quality authors and publishers. I would be happy to submit a resume and transcripts for any openings in this field. I would also be willing to do some traveling, as well as update my skills through in-house training or through further college credit as required.
I work best from my home or from the small office I have established in an historic office building located in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. I could communicate via computer, fax, phone, snail-mail and Fed Ex/UPS, etc…. Never having done this type of work before, I have no clue as to what to charge for this service; please be kind!
If you have done this type of work before, or, are looking for a person with my abilities, I would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks so much!

really good fiction/mystery/mythological books?
I have read the Twilight Saga, it was ok. I preferred Anne Rice’s Vampire Chronicles.
Ive also read Christopher Paolini’s Inheritance Cycle, they were excellent reads.
Rick Riordan’s The Olympians were great.
Charlie Fletcher’s The Stoneheart Trilogy was good.
I enjoyed John Flanagan’s Rangers Apprentice series.
I would appreciate any suggestions that sort of relate to these books. Thank you!

Anyone know any good Fantasy/Fiction novels?
I’ve currently run out of books to look for, so I needed some opinions.
I absolutely adore fantasy and fiction books, especially when they have a unique taste to them.
Such as: Harry Potter series and Twilight series.
Those are my two favorite series I’ve read.
They have their own little twist and don’t follow along with all the boring myths people always revolve around.
Any suggestions of what I should look for?
