I am writing a work of fiction with what I believe is a heretofore unexplored plot line. Military fiction writers, romance writers and history writers could use some of my material.

Where can I get an unbiased, constructive critique without my ideas being stolen? I am in a writers group locally comprised mostly of romance writers and poets. My plot line would be juicy material for them to use and publish. If they use my plot line, do I have recourse?

Normaly I post a poem and it`s been stolen, russianised, destroyed, yoinked, double yoinked and reposted within an hour. Tonight Ultrastooge seems to have fallen dormant. Has his copyright infringement gland finally given way to cerebral calcification.
