The Divine Comedy of Dante Alighieri: A Poetic Translation in Iambic Pentameter and Terza Rima

  • ISBN13: 9780773493858
  • Condition: NEW
  • Notes:

Product Description
When read metrically, this rhymed translation of Dante’s “Divine Comedy” falls into perfect iambic pentameter and when read naturally, it flows in a metre very similar to Dante’s original. This translation aims both to avoid the archaisms and awkward syntax of other rhymed translations and to be more literally accurate. It includes notes, although these are kept to a minimum.

It can be reality, comedy, anything. It needs a title and basically just what it would be about. I need help thinking of an idea.

What is a good fiction book where the main character has OCD?

I read The Book of Lost Things, and the main charater had OCD but was only mentioned in the first few pages.

Do you know of any fiction books that the main character has OCD and it chronicles his daily routines and rituals? Or if you know of any books that the main character is afraid of germs or light or anything that would make daily life difficult that average people take for granted (like in the TV show Monk or Leo Decaprio as Howard Hughes in The Aviator).

I’m looking for anything in mystery, horror, sci-fi genres, not romance or comedy, but really any book that you know is good.
I forgot to note, looking for adult reading. Thanks!

My 13 year old son is having trouble finding a good book that is not science-fiction?

Practically everything out there is Harry Potter, Eragon(sp) or something about dragons, wizards, pirates, etc. He’s into sports and also likes non-fiction. The Twilight series was mentioned several times when I did a search on this site, but when I went to book store to make purchase, they tell me it’s usually read by girls. Can someone please make some suggestions.
Forgot to add that he loves comedy and horror, too.
