I am writing a book and need a good name for the main character. Something that was popular in the 1700s if possible. Or just some good name ideas for prisoners. Caribbean people. please share your ideas. I would appreciate it.

To be exact, the character name that i would like is something that sounds nice for a Nerdy girl. She is sickly due to a lung problem, and she is learning to be a Computer programmer. She’s nice, and likes to use her headphones a lot.

My online account name is Kristin, or some of my friends call me Kris for short. My character will be, sort of weird and freaky, like the hyper and sexy one in her clique of friends. She’s got her own thing going on. She’s supportive of her friends and she’s very out-going. She’ll also be looked up do to her high status in the game.

I am writing a story and the main character is supposed to be exotic. I know the name of a character is really important so I want to choose a name that is common but exotic, a name that is easy to say, but exotic. So far I have come up with Jeanine, Bathezda, Cecila, or Marcy. Which do you think is best? Do you have suggestions of your own?

Hello, we are working on a red iron management system that will track testing of industrial flowline products. We would like to call this system “Iron Man” for short but I’m not sure if Marvel would sue our asses for it. We would not be using the spelling “Iron-Man”, feature the character at all and would not even sell it as a service. This system is for use by employees.

I can’t wait weeks to get a response from Marvel so I am asking here if I should even attempt it or just move on to a new name.
