Over fifteen years ago, I read a science fiction novel about a man who was forced to travel back in time to try and stop the overthrow of the Bautista government in Cuba (I think). Each time the man failed, or died, he was sent back from the future to try and alter history. Any help would be appreciated.

The male and female heros time travel through bodies of relatives in the past and napoleon is one of their past relatives as well as many others. Sometime the male hero will end up in the body of a past female relative and vice versa for the female hero. I cannot remember the name or the author but it is a great fiction book that I need for research. If anyone knows the name or the author I would be so thankful! thanks

The theme of time travel is a favorite of mine. A non-fiction book involving actual time travel would be fantastic, but I have yet to see a true one. =)

I am looking for an old science fiction book about somebody who gos back in time to try and find Jesus. Whilst he is on his search he uses his superior knowledge of medicine etc to heal people and perform what are concevied as miracles and obtains the name of jesus of nazaroth. In the end he ends up acting out what we believe to be Jesus’s life and ends up getting crusified. For the life of me I cant remember or find out what the book is called, please help!!
