Using photos for book cover?
I would like to write a book (juvenile fiction). I would like to use my sister’s image on the cover. Legally and professionally, how do I do this? For one she is underage, so if I get my mother’s persmission, how do I pay her fairly? And do I have to copywright the photo? Is there anything that can NOT be used as a book cover for art? Thanks for answering.
