What effects are used to make a poem effective: e.g. enjambment, caesura etc. And how does the author use these techniques to portray their feelings/attitudes towards a particular category.

-appeal to the senses
-reveal their feelings
-arouse our emotions
-describe people
-describe the world of nature
or
-try to change our attitudes
