I make a bubble web when I am thinking of ideas. in the center of a page write stress and circle it. Then draw a line out and write one way it affects a ***?rson ****?h ***? they get jittery for example, then circle it, off that circle write how that causes problems and how to cope with it. Continue to do this until you have about five or six bubbles off the first bubble. Each of those will be a topic in your speech, and will go in your outline. I hope that at least helps you think of ideas.

Short introduction, two lines what the speech will be about. Then introduce yourself and say exactly why you are there and what you will be saying.
Put the ownus on the ppl listening. We all suffer from stress like when you sit an exam. Do you get sweaty palms, back pain, trouble sleeping? ***?k them put it on them and then go into more depth on those questions. Jot down 6 categories of stress and direct each one at your audience and engage their emotions. They wiil be more interested if you make it about them. And share ways of coping with stress or even throw open a forum and ***?k them how they deal with it. Give them ideas on how to deal with their own stress. Trust me when you throw it on the audience the teachers love that.
