Actually Krystal I I'm writing a mystery novel at this ***?me. I am always on the look out for names. When I hear one I like, I jot them down for ***?ture reference. I would suggest something that could be male or female. Like Madison or Jackie with a last name that has the same first letter ***? her first. This might confuse the murderer at some point when trying to find out who is on the trail of him/her. ***? ***?r ***? an occupation. Might I suggest something that affords her ***?me away from her job so she can snoop. Maybe owns her own business, the only employee, or works with her ***?mily. A librarian(low key yet spunky), ***?mily grocery, or restaurants. Something that gets her in contact with the public where she can overhear ***?dbits of information. Just some ideas.

She's a nutritionist. It's just something nutty that came to mind. She's constantly nibbling on ****?y carrots, celery, She carries vegetables around with her in her purse or knap sack might be better. I think ***?rhaps she should be a vegetarian. She can lecture ***?ople that lettuce has no nutritional value that ****?nach is so much better for you (I'm not sure if this is true, I have been told, you'll have to research the character and her quirks).

Her name is Amy Sparing. Would it be too corny for her to mumble a lot "oh, please spare me?"

Dearest, you may call her Mrs Plum, ***? she should be unnoticed by all the story characters. Yes, that IS a unique name and it will be the best name, the only name that will have ever been used. Maybe she should become a voluntary social adviser, who is engaged in reforming the street children! Please, note that, I for one, would like to read your novel too. Will you allow me to read it? I hope, pray and wish you the best.

How about Nikala Coltraine, and she owns an antique store, which gives her a variety of interests in different subjects and a reason to poke around in a lot of different places.

Choose a profession that interests you and that provides her with a motive for being "on hand" for discovering the body and sleuthing.

She could be an art ***?llery owner or a clerk in a ****?kstore or a parking lot attendant. She could be a teacher or a struggling actress (which would give her ***?me on her hands for sleuthing) or a ***?shion consultant. She could be a physics professor at Harvard University or a grad student working in the lab at UC Davis.

Hope this helps.
