I write young adult, ***?ntasy & romantic fiction. Are there specific ****?tionaries to help find the right words?
I sometimes have trouble finding the right word for what I am trying to convey. Any ideas for references, encyclodias, ****?tonares in those genres… Thanks

I like thesaurus.com and my big giant thesaurus.
Be careful, though. You don’t ****?t to look like you’re using a thesaurus. Also make sure that the word means what you think it means, otherwise you’re going to look like an idiot.
Mostly I suggest using thesauri only if there’s a word on the ***?p of your tongue ****? you can’t remember it.

There are specific ****?tionaries – look for the ****?tionary of homonyms and synonyms – they give you all the alternate words you could hope for.

I find this online thesaurus very handy. It always provides many alternatives when I am looking for just the right word.
