I was wondering what would be the similarities between modern poetry and 19th century poetry?
I am writing a paper on modern poetry vs. 19th century poetry, and i was wondering if i can find some sources where i can the comparison between both (mostly similarities).

One major similarity between modern poetry and 19th century poetry is the prevailing theme of love. Romanticism was a big part of older poetry - here are some sites:
