I have to write a short story that includes an act of moral courage?
I have to write a short story, about 500 words, that includes an act of moral courage. Like Joan of Ark or Simpson and his donkey in Anzac. It can be fantasy or about animals or anything.
Any ideas?
Something not too complicated. I’m not a very good writer. The teacher is checking the first 3 paragraphs tomorrow.

Saving someone from a house on fire.
You saw someone slipp a drug into a classmate’s drink at lunch. They threatened to hurt you if you tell, but you are afriad the drug will kill your classmate if you don’t, so you decide to tell.
Your parents tell you not to talk to strangers, but a homeless person tells you he’s hungry. You don’t have any money, but you live nearby and you know there are some leftovers in the fridge from last night’s dinner. You know you could bring them back to the homeless person.
