I am looking for a good fiction book with romance and drama. Does anyone have suggestions?
Do not say twilight I have already read the whole series.

under “Suggested Reading”… It’s my website & I made a list of books I read (recently) and liked.
Why did I make the list? Because it’s really hard remembering all the titles to write them down every time someone asks this question, lol… (and yes, a LOT of people post this question… most of them are looking for something to get over twilight or just something to read that ISN’T twilight but is still good, lol)

I’m currently reading the “Sookie Stackhouse” series by Charlaine Harris. It’s the basis for the popular HBO series “True Blood”. Those who liked “Twilight” would probably like it, because it’s sort of along the same lines…only for a more mature audience. (These are NOT young adult novels, they’re regular novels.) Human woman falls in love with vampire man. They get into all sorts of adventures.
Another fascinating series of books you might want to check out is ANYTHING by Jasper Fforde. Maybe start with his “Thursday Next” series, the first book of which is “The Eyre Affair”. Altogether fascinating book…I couldn’t put it down. Then there are more in that particular series.
Jasper Fforde also has several other series’s around that are well worth reading, one in particular that is a series of mysteries based on old fairy tales and nursery rhymes. (Called the “Nursery Crime” series.)
Fford is WELL worth a look Intelligent, funny, interesting. They’re hard to put down.

Blood and Chocolate.
It’s short, but brilliant and captivating.
Anything by Scott Westerfeld. Peeps, Uglies, Midnighters. They are all science fiction, but very believable. And WAY better than Twilight.

My favorite for romance is The Amber Spyglass by Philip Pullman. But that’s the last book in the trilogy, so you’d have to read The Golden Compass and The Subtle Knife first. They haven’t got as much romance as The Amber Spyglass (though they’ve got plenty of action), but trust me, it’s well worth the wait.

S Meyer who wrote Twilight stole most of her ideas from The Vampire Diaries series book.Examples: the vampire in the book thirsted for Elena’s blood when he first met her and wanted to kill her before he fell in love with her like Edward did with Bella.Stefan only lives on animal blood like the Cullens did in Twilight.He tries to protect Elena like Edward did with Bella. and the vampires in The vamipre Diaries sparkled like diamonds like Edward did .Also the Vampire diaries is a love triangle just like Twilight is.Exactly like Twilight S Meyer is a thief and can’t come up with her own ideas.The Vampire Diaries was written 18 years ago.
