Writers really are facsinating people. We can write story’s about amazing shining knights in armor, traversing mystical and dangerous lands, but most of us lead very um… plain lives ourselves. Maybe i’m speaking for myself, maybe not. But I wish I would’ve been in a classroom full of people like the one’s I see hear, instead of students who took on the trend of being completely illiterate. In days such as Shakespears era, people like us were vinerated. Sometimes I wish I had a time machine ^_^

well, compared to english I think it is far more complicated. I have tried to write in English but it is too difficult. I mean I surely can express myself in english, but writing literature is something else.
buena suerte con tu español

@gairero Well it would be hard to write in Spanish if that wasn’t your first language.;) (By the way, I’m learing Spanish in high school and it’s a relativly easy language to learn.)

My problem is, I HAVE a lot to write, but I have FEAR distilled in me that if I START writing, I’m afraid I’ll ruin the story that’s actually in my head. I hope that makes sense, but I’m trying to overcome it. I’m also lazy to write. I have a wonderful story to tell (not all is planned out yet), and I do want to write it, but I AM LAZY!
It’s so frustrating…

Good job describing it though.

I get over writers block by getting up, leaving the computer, and doing something, ANYTHING that doesn’t require imagination. I just go out, take a walk, ride my bike, sit in the grass at a quiet park and stare at the sky. I make sure not to think about my story. When you focus on your writing while writers block is infested in your brain, you are only feeding the block. Get your mind away from your writing and come back to it later.

I overcome writer’s block by getting up and looking around myself. then I really let my imagination go wild, I imagine the room (or whereever you are) coming to life. it probably sounds silly
for example sometimes I imagine the walls falling down revealing a jungle or something. then I see things that I can use in my plot. if there are people around you you can try to imagine stories about them

When I get writers block I either ignore it and keep writing, sometimes write with my eyes closed so I see what i am writing instead of the text itself. Or I go to the gym and get some training done. I believe moving around helps but ramming through the block does also help for me
