How do I quote a poem when writing an essay?


I am writing an ****.sis paper on a ***?om. When I write the ***.e in the introduction paragraph, do I underline it, put it in quotations, or do I just leave it alone? Also when I ****?t to quote a specific line in the poem, how do I cite or quote that line?

    If the ***.e is the ***.e of the poem, just put quotes on it. If not, underline it. When you quote the line, all you have to do is put quotes on it. If you’re just quoting part of a line, do like this:
    “…a sunrise in florida.”. Happy to help.
