The Writers’ Handbook 2007 may help. It has a list of Publishers and Agents who you can send them to. From my experience, I’d start with the publishers, as agents are too swamped to deal with them.
Do you have a whole book’s worth of short stories to publish?
You could try self-publishing on sites like.
Or try joining a writers’ forum like and ask around. There are plenty of published authors on there
