It never works for me. Turn off the computer and go for a walk. Come back and open a fresh document. Put on some music. Write whatever /crap/ comes into your head. Hopefully then you'll be able to work on your actual book. Don't write it in order, just write random scenes, it doesn't really matter. Put them together at the end when you edit. Good luck!
