HELP! creativity! damn writers block! ! ! ! (10 points!)?
ok, so used be a really good writer, I would write all the time, story’s, poems, scrips i would write all the time! But now i just don’t anymore, I never get good ideas and when i sit to write nothing comes out. I’ll just sit there with My fingers poised over the key bored and i might write a sentence or two. How do i get my creativity flowing again? how do i get back to the way i was????

what helps me is to keep a journal… write down everything, what you saw what you heard felt etc….. I find that small things inspire something, not to mention that just writting helps you improve. Also I have found it helpful for looking back on when I need to write about a certain emotion I am not experiencing at the present time. Hope it helps you like it helps me. Just keep writting! Good luck

Don’t force it. There are periods in every writer’s life when nothing is being written, this is a gathering period for something great. Rilke had a 12 year interval. It happens, just try to live life to the fullest. Reading helps. It will come back.

Instead of looking for good ideas for stories, poems, scripts, etc., just write any thought that comes into your head.
In other words, just start writing about anything – your thoughts and emotions right at this moment without thinking about whether or not it is a good idea. This will get the creative juices flowing again. Because if you will write without judgment, something will come out of it.
