Desperate for creative writing genius. Please help me with the title of my dissertation?
Hi, I am writing my dissertation about how web2.0(social networking, communities, blogs..) can help retail banks to improve their customer’s satisfaction.
At the moment I am stuck with “Threats and opportunities for retail banks using web 2.0 to increase customer satisfaction”. It sounds dull and I am desperate for any creative writing genius to help with a more catchy title. Anyone out there who can help?
