Could you give me a list of some new books to read?
I like murder mysteries, science fiction, true crime, and other genres. I have read all the Harry Potter books, and Chronicles of Narnia and Lord of the Rings. Any good suggestions?

for murder mystery try AND THEN THERE WERE NONE by Agatha Christie. classic victorian era mystery.
for fantasy try the SWORD OF SHANNARA series by Terry Brooks. i absolutely loved it in middle school even more than lord of the rings.
other genres: non-fiction:MASKS OF THE UNIVERSE is the best book i have ever read. by Edward Harrison,p.h.d. beautiful combination of anthropology, psychology, astronomy, and physics with wonderful insights and metaphysical conjecture. it will change your perspective on the world, it’s history, and life in general.

the twilight saga is about a teenager bella (isabella) swan who moves to forks to stay with her dad. she hates the place coz she’s so used to the sun tht the cloudless skies of forks repulse her. but soon she meets edward cullen at skul, who’s a lil more than interesting. she discovers he’s a vampire. only, he doesn’t feed on humans, but on people. ironically, the hunter becomes the prey. the vampire falls for the human. edward and bella fall in love….it’s a must read!!

try dan brown’s books too:
1. the da vinci code (did jesus really have a wife? and a daughter? read and find out!)
2. angels and demons (again, a wonderful novel on religious history…it’s like the da vinci code)
3. deception point
When a new NASA satellite spots evidence of an astonishingly rare object buried deep in the Arctic ice, the floundering space agency proclaims a much-needed victory… a victory that has profound implications for U.S. space policy and the impending presidential election.
With the Oval Office in the balance, the President dispatches White House Intelligence analyst Rachel Sexton to the Milne Ice Shelf to verify the authenticity of the find. Accompanied by a team of experts, including the charismatic academic Michael Tolland, Rachel uncovers the unthinkable—evidence of scientific trickery—a bold deception that threatens to plunge the world into controversy.
But before Rachel can contact the President, she and Michael are attacked by a deadly task force…a private team of assassins controlled by a mysterious powerbroker who will stop at nothing to hide the truth. Fleeing for their lives in an environment as desolate as it is lethal, they possess only one hope for survival: to find out who is behind this masterful ploy. The truth, they will learn, is the most shocking deception of all…
In his most thrilling novel to date, bestselling author Dan Brown transports readers from the ultra-secret National Reconnaissance Office to the towering ice shelves of the Arctic Circle, and back again to the hallways of power inside the West Wing. Heralded for masterfully intermingling science, history, and politics in his critically acclaimed thriller Angels & Demons, Brown has crafted another novel in which nothing is as it seems—and behind every corner is a stunning surprise. DECEPTION POINT is pulse-pounding fiction at its best.
4. the digital fortress
Susan Fletcher, a brilliant mathematician and head of the National Security Agency’s (NSA’s) cryptography division, finds herself faced with an unbreakable code named “Digital Fortress”, that TRANSLTR cannot break. TRANSLTR is the NSA’s 3 million processor supercomputer that can crack encrypted data using the brute force method in a short amount of time, with some codes broken in more than 3 hours, others within minutes. The code of “Digital Fortress” is written by Japanese cryptographer Ensei Tankado, a fired employee of the NSA, who is displeased with the agency’s intrusion into people’s privacy. Tankado posts a copy of Digital Fortress on his website, encrypted with itself. Tankado auctions the passkey to unlock the algorithm on his website, threatening that his accomplice “North Dakota” will release the algorithm for free if he dies. Tankado is found dead in Seville, Spain. Fletcher, along with her fiancé, David Becker, a skilled linguist with eidetic memory, must find a solution to stop the spread of the code.

the fire inside - kat martin is a historical romance. it’s about a rebellious kassandra wentworth who doesn’t believe in following the norms of society and clayton harcourt who’a typical roguish womanizer. it’s about how they avoid the fire between them..but not for long
the sisterhood of the traveling pants - anne brashares is one of those novels tht u can enjoy with ur girls. it’s about girl-girl bonding. it’s grt fun!! four best frnds who spend their first ever summer apart share a pair of ‘magical’ pants. magical because they fit all the girls (and mind you, their sizes are wide ranging!)
the diary of a young girl - anne frank is anne frank’s diary. she lived during the second world war. she’d dreamt of becoming an author after the war. she describes her life in hiding (she was Jewish), her feelings of turmoil about her family, her crushes, the war. u can totally relate to it! she was caught and sent to a concentration camp, where she dies of an epidemic breakout. her dad survived and published the diary.
