I don’t read a lot, but I’ve been reading “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” series and LOVE it! I’ve only got the 4th & final book to go and have enjoyed reading it so much I want to know what else I may like!? I don’t like difficult reading as the only time I really have to read is right before bed. I’m 32 years old, so I don’t really want to read “The Babysitters Club”… LOL Any suggestions? Thanks!

I am a fiction writer and my ususal research sources have failed me on this occasion. I’m just looking for a ballpark estimate from New Orleans to Venice with maybe one refueling stop if necessary.

what is the name of a children’s science fiction chapter book about a young boy/girl who is friends with a talking bird (parrot?). They travel to a distant planet and either save that planet or escape from it somehow. The words Time and dream come to mind.

I read a book…(if anyone read this and remembers the name…please tell me.) About a woman who gave birth to a mixed child. Her husband was white and she never cheated. In the end, it was found that her husband cheated with a woman who moments earlier slept with a black man. Supposedly the black mans sperm traveled back into the white mans penis. He then went home and slept with his wife who became pregnant when he released that sperm. Can this actually happen, or is this very far fetched fiction?

I Love historical fiction, but any ideas are welcomed.
Let me clarify… I want to read some books about Peru’s history. I prefer historical fiction, in the same vein as “The Agony and the Ectasy.” Thanks

I really loved The Road Less Travelled.
I like non-fiction. I think they are great.

I have my doubts as to whether this will ever happen due to the mass theories, and the energy required to even attempt such a feat. What is your opinion, and do you have theories as to how this might be achieved? I like Science Fiction, etc., but I just don’t think it will ever happen.
