i jus got a baby shih tzu from this breeder,i noticed that she had yellow stains on her tail and feet and a little on her back. I washed her and everything and the stains have not come out,can anyone tell me how i can get these satins out?? i looked up a brush called the FURminator but it looks like it just helps dogs that shed,can i possibly help get the yellow out of her fur??she is all white,brown ears

Okay, so its about a 12 year old girl who is in a tsunami, they have no car, so they go back into their house and go upstairs. But the dog has been in the moms life forever and the baby is with the dog, so she goes back to the dog and the baby and hauls them up the stairs because the dog can't swim and their house is flooded but the mom dies.This sounds really lame to you i bet, but the story (I started writing on it) is really good, but I need an ending.

well my grand parents are here in town and they have a little chiwawa her name is pinky and they only feed it HUMAN FOOD that's write human food not dog food.So the dog looked hungry so i called my dad and also im by myself my grand parents and dad are somewhere my 18 year old sister is at work and my 7 year old brother is at his cousins and its my dads weekend (parents are divorced i live with my mom) but anyway the doglookedd hungry i called my dad and he said that my grand parents did not feed the dog yesterday andhaven'tt feed it today because they did not want it to poop inside are house (poor dog) my dad told me they feed it human food and said to feed it what is which is noodles i am not going to feed a dog noodles but the dog is evil if you try to pet it it will bite you and the dog only listens to my grand parents (who on speak spanish) and my dad said if i feed it to take it outside to do its businessnes and not to let it go to the road and then take it back outside what do i feed it and how do i take care of it without it bitting me.i mean that he said to feed the dog what i was eating which was noodles and i mean that my grand parents only speak spanish so i cant speak to them.
as i said they told me to take care of it while they are gone and sorry i am not a champion speller and cant spell CHIWAWA

What is your opinion on *matching* puppies as an aid in potty training?
For those of your who actually know what *matching* is, have you ever used this as a potty training aid and not just a *dog show* thing? Someone on my Doberman list just brought up this subject a few days ago, and it has been an interesting one. My dogs are perfectly potty trained, so I'm not asking about this for my own dogs, just wanted other opinions. I can't wait to see the opinions from the people who actually don't know what I'm referring to.OK, basically it is putting a match (what you light a cigarette with), into the dogs rectum, and stimulating the walls of the rectum to encourage the dog/pup to poop.

This is why I wanted other peoples opinions. I do NOT believe that matching should be used as a potty training tool. There were several people on this Dobe list that insisted it would be a great idea. I don't see how it possibly could be. That's like saying that you have a puppy of 12 weeks old that is completely potty trained.....NOT! The owner is trained, and lucky enough, that the pup has just *happened* to relieve itself each and every time that it's taken out, and hasn't went potty in the house. The owner is trained to TAKE the dog out every 20 minutes. The dog is NOT trained to give some sort of signal that it WANTS and NEEDS to go out. I have no objection to *matching* under certain circumstances, but NOT as an aid to house training. Well, there's my take on the subject.

magic is a sin and i heard that if you ask god for something selfish,like money. it won't work so is there anything that a dog can do to help someone else? i have a feeling that my best friend and i will soon be VERY far away soon. so i need a new one,like a dog. my parents don't want a dog but i need one. i am so lonely at home. my sister bullies me and my mom wont help so i want a new friend who i can walk with. i am just 13 and my dog and i are separated. im in the u.s. and the dog is with my aunt in el salvador. its so sad without your dog and whenever i see picture of him, i wonder: how come my aunt is REALLY poor and yet she is taking care of a high maintenance dog. but my parents have a big house,4 computers, 3 TV, 2 cars,(my aunt doesn't even have a car) they got a new balcony 2 years ago and its HUGE. and they never..EVER.. have to ride the bus to work(my mom stays home) my aunt has been really poor and she never got broke on that dog. however, my aunt has depression problems and my dog helps her so now we can't have him back and my parents knew this. i asked my angel to let me have a dog on christmas but still..... i am afraid i might be selfish in his and god's eyes. so what good can a dog do? by the way, when my my mom had that dog she was always calm(she liked him but my dad didn't) and now these 4 years with no dog she is always picking fights with my sister and me and she has a HUGE stress problem now. my sister never bullied me until like 2 months without the dog. my sister has become a monster and my dog used to always keep us in control(lol) whenever we were mad or sad, he would cheer us up. when my sister and i got in a fist fight my dog would always stop us. now my mom has lost confidence and my dad just hated the dog.we don't know why. so how Can be worthy enough to have my wish granted by god(he always has to approve an angel's action according to the bible i think.) so what good does a dog do?im catholic not jewish
